A lot of comments on how long it takes to microwave the sweet potato. Just start it before you get in the shower. It'll have had time to cook and cool off. I wouldn't personally enjoy that combination of ingredients so I'll stick with some version of scrambled eggs--which takes like three minutes.

toast takes about 2 minutes in the toaster butter takes about 20 seconds to put on the toast take it with you in the car SHA BLAM there you have it 2 minute and 20 second meal not microwaving a sweet potato for 10 minutes
